You must not store (or allow any other person to store) any of the following:

• Goods that are contaminated, liable to rot, mould, or attract vermin (including anything tainted with food).

• Perishable goods or food items.

• Living animals or other creatures.

• Substances that are combustible or flammable, including petrol, oil, paint, gas, cleaning solvents, and compressed gases.

• Firearms, weapons, ammunition, explosives, or related items.

• Chemicals, biological agents, radioactive materials, toxic waste, asbestos, or any hazardous substances.

• Goods that release odours, fumes, or vapours.

• Environmentally harmful materials or items that may endanger the property of others.

• Unlawful or illegally obtained goods, including counterfeit or smuggled tobacco or alcohol, and unsafe or unlicensed products (e.g., medicines, fireworks, aerosols, cosmetics, electrical items, toys).
